GENERAL PAYMENTS

Select the highest bill closest to your order and click "add to cart".

Once in the cart, only if needed, click on the "general payments" link to go back and select another bill to add to the cart.

You can do this as many times as you need to add up your tab. 

Once you have reached your desired amount, proceed to checkout.
